Taylored Expressions Blast from the Past Blog Hop #3

Hello!!!! I'm SOOO excited to be playing along with this months Blast from the Past Blog Hop... SOOOO excited... ok a little bit nervous too... Have you seen the FABULOUS ladies who are playing along... FABULOUS!!!!

The name of the game is to create a little something using a TE stamp set released through to May 2010. Ooohh and as if that wasn't fun enough... ONE lucky participant will win a stamp set of their choice!!! WOW... Please let it be me.. PLEASE!!! hahaha

Anyhoo.. today I've used one of the Stamps A La Carte - Animals in Love - Dogs. Such a CUTE little stamp.. and SUCH a GORGEOUS little surprise when it arrived in my mail box accompanied by the equally CUTE Animals in Love - Elephants stamp... Ooohh you know I'm still smiling!!!! :D

So.. here is my card:-

I've used Mercy's MTSC88 for my layout.. SWEET!!!.. and then the colour combo is Kraft, Choc Chip, and DSP from my Goodmorning Sunshine DSP pack. I stamped the image in Choc Chip then used my SU! Markers ( I don't own any COPICS.. I KNOW!!!) . The little heart has had a rather large treatment of Crystal Effects and you'll be pleased to know that I didn't even fiddle with it.. not once.. until it was completely dry.. I think I should give myself a pat on the back.. bwhahaha. To colour the gorgeous little terriers, I used my Stampin' Pastels.. Again.. NO COPIC.. means NO WHITE.. hahah and then I used a teensy tiny spot of Crystal Effects on their noses.. CUTE!!!

So there you go be sure to visit all the other AMAZINGLY talented ladies on the Blog Hop, I know you wont be disappointed.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Sarah

Very cute, and wel done on letting the Crystal effects dry, it is so hard. I once had to walk away so I was not tempted to move a drying card, LOL.
