Sweet Sunday Sketch #34
FINALLY!!!! I've managed to sit down for longer than 2seconds and make a card for Karen's GORGEOUS Sweet Sunday Sketch.
This week I decided to go off on a Christmas tangent... I figured I best be getting started, otherwise it will be Christmas Day and STILL no cards!!!!
Here is the sweet little chrissy card I made for the sketch:-
Here is the gorgeous little sketch Karen gave us to play with this week.
I started with some Old Olive then added a layer of Choc Chip and some Old Olive DSP from Ski Slope... I've been dying to get into this packet... FINALLY it happened!!! WooHoo!!! Then I added a strip of Choc Chip with another piece from Ski Slope to that I added some Old Olive Wide Grosgrain and attached that with a couple of brads. The main image is from my Seasons of Joy set (LOVE this set) and I've stamped that in Old Olive adding some Poinsetta's in Real Red and the Snow Flake on the bottom in Choc Chip.
Hope you like. And thanks for stopping by.

LOVE this card! The ribbon and dimension are fab!
What a great card Sarah!! I love the layout, it was super fun to play with! Well done on doing a Christmas card, the year is fast approaching the end so any card made now (though it seems REALLY early) will help heaps when the rush begins!!!
